Annmarie’s journey began at Commerce National Bank in 1986, where she served as Vice President and later Senior Vice President Construction Loan Manager for a remarkable 21 years. Her expertise extended to Banco and Golden State, solidifying her as a seasoned professional with hands-on experience in diverse banking environments.
In 2007, she transitioned to California Community Banks, assuming the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for nearly a decade. During this period, Annmarie honed her skills in loan credit analysis, financial assessment, project analysis, contractor qualification studies, entitlement processes, and robust construction disbursement procedures.
Since September 2013, Annmarie has led Integrity Joint Control, Inc. in Brea, California, as its President and CEO. Under her visionary leadership, the company has thrived for over a decade, establishing itself as a prominent force in the fund control arena.
